Rose trained with the company and qualified in 2008. After qualifying Rose worked for three years in practice in New Zealand mainly involved in overseas investments. She has wide experience in audit and accounting assignments, particularly in the legal, healthcare and medical profession.
Phase 1 - Testing the business idea
Rose will help you to validate the financial projects and feasibility according to the market potential of your business idea. Here you'll be able to gain greater understanding an insights as the profitability of your Startup's value proposition exists.
Phase 2 - Business Planning
Startup's who have a strong value proposition and who can demonstrate that their business proposition has potential to grow and create jobs will be offered to return for more in depth accounting and business consultations.
You will receive intensive support to develop a financial plan to work up your business proposition. This will entail participation in homework, mentoring and regular reviews. Using these supports, you will fully detail and validate your business proposition and identify potential customers, sales channels and funding options.
Phase 3 - Business Development
Businesses emerging from early startup phase will be guided to the most relevant Revenue and Tax supports that can best help them at their particular stage of development. Further incubation facilities and support may be available to Startups that require, in conjunction with ongoing support from the Incubation BKRM Management team.
